• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Pre-orders: If your order contains pre-release or pre-order items, it will ship once all items are in stock unless otherwise noted.

We offer domestic and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.

📦 Packaging & Protection

• All products are securely packaged to prevent damage.

• Individual cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top-loaders or similar rigid protection.

• Sealed products (e.g., booster boxes) are packed with care and padding to avoid damage in transit.

🌍 International Shipping

• We Are Currently Not Doing International Orders If You Are Interested In An International Order Please Email Us At Info@Kaosgamerlounge.com

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

• We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

• Insurance is available upon request at checkout.
